Regina Garcia, Member of the Advisory Board, brings an extensive experience in commercial real estate investments, with a focus on sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and closing transactions.
She has worked with blue-chip financial institutions, managing substantial loan and equity portfolios, and successfully executing deals in both Mexico and the USA.
Most recently Regina was the Commercial Real Estate Head for Latin America at Citi Private Bank, where she built and managed a portfolio of ~$1 billion million in commercial real estate loans across Mexico and the USA. Prior to that, Regina held roles at Credit Suisse, Blackstone, GE Capital Real Estate and Microsoft.
Overall, she has sourced and structured more than $9B of real estate investments across all major asset classes. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences from Anahuac University in Mexico City.
